A Call for Cotton
The NOBO Handweavers display window has been redressed for the New Year, at least for the meanwhile. I have put together a display featuring cotton and would like to invite anyone and everyone to add some of their own handwoven cotton pieces. Please bring along anything you might like to place in the display window to our next meeting.

Thanks for designing our Cafe de Sienna/Loom with a View window.
I have a hand towel that I could lend.
Cotton is King
Terrific, will look forward to adding it to our window display. Thanks Kathie!
Margaret,
I am excited that you will be holding an open weaving session on Tuesday-count me in! And I have been working on (very simple) towels in cotton, so I’ll bring one in on Tuesday 1/19.

Oh this is great Kathleen! I truly believe the Open Studio can offer many benefits to all levels of weavers. It often feels like a very long stretch between NOBO meetings. Despite weaving classes being offered at A Loom with a View, since we like to offer a variety, they don’t always fit everyone. Open Studios can fill in that blank area, particularly if someone could really use some guidance. Two hours devoted to weavers helping weavers. See you and your towel on Tuesday!
